FAQs

Is this retreat similar to your Amsterdam trip?

The Swiss trip involves soaking in natural views at a slow pace and taking long coffee pauses as opposed to the Amsterdam trip, which is faster and packed with activities.

What kind of fitness level is required to join this trip?

The trip does involve quite a bit of walking and you can expect to walk 12-14K steps every day. So, you will need a basic level of fitness to join. Of course, we will have ample opportunities to rest and we will move at a speed that suits everyone.

Is there an age limit to join?

There are no age limits as such. However, the on average, the women who join me are between the age of 28 - 44.

Does everyone get their own room?

The hotel rooms are on a shared basis, usually 2 girls per room. However, if you'd like to have your own room (which of course will be more expensive as you will bear the entire cost of the room by yourself) I will be able to book one for you depending on availability.

What kind of clothing will I need to bring?

Switzerlnd is usually very pleasant in Spring and and we will not be doing any snow excursions on high altitudes. A dress, or jeans and a t-shirt should work perfectly. However, I will keep a tab on the weather and will be sharing exact temperatures a few days prior to the trip. Perhaps a denim jacket or a raincoat may be needed depending on that particular week’s weather forecast.

How should I schedule my flight?

I recommend flying in a day earlier, specially if you are coming from North America, so you get a chance to rest through the night, get over your jet lag, and be ready for the 2 hour train ride to Interlaken the next morning.

Will you assist in the visa process if I need one?

No, that must be arranged by yourself.
